3-6-12 month coaching engagements
We come alongside you for more extended periods of time to drive deeper change into your heart and leadership. We identify and assess your most critical issues, develop strategies and desired outcomes around those issues, and begin executing new initiatives and resources toward those desired outcomes over time. It’s both a highly relational and highly disciplined process when profound change and renewal are the only acceptable outcomes.
1 Day “War Room”
The “War Room” is a dedicated, deep-dive, strategic conversation with Mark Maines that can either follow a personal or professional track or a bit of both. The personal track is guided by an architecture developed by Dr. Steve Graves called “Voice, Center, Path and Toolbox,” and the business track is guided by his framework called Strategy 3.0. It is a more agile approach to handling disruptions, holding strategic priorities, and driving predictive outcomes. The goal of the 1Day is to “adjust your sails” to give focused attention to life’s critical issues. We change the pace and pressure of the day-to-day and work “on” your life and leadership rather than just “in” it.
What does a 1-day '“War Room” experience look like?
The 1Day is a productive workday typically lasting 6 to 12 hours. It involves using whiteboards, laptops, and a focused work environment without distractions. To ensure maximum efficiency and productivity during this day, we will provide customized pre-work for both you and us. This will allow us to start working as soon as possible and make the most of the time available.
Who is it for?
The War Room is designed to help leaders effectively handle crises or strategize quickly. Some clients are at a crossroads—facing a major dilemma that needs immediate action. For others, it is unraveling the significant parts or options they see on the horizon. For many, it’s canceling the noise of their lives to find fresh targets or uncovering their passion to point their lives and work toward.
